    BMW hit-and-run case: Rajasthan HC stays hearing in lower court

    The Rajasthan High Court stayed the trial court proceedings in the lower court in the infamous BMW hit-and-run case in the city in which an influential politician’s son, Siddharth Meharia, and two others accused of mowing down three people on wee hours of July 1, 2016 near St. Xavier’s School.
